Do Burpees!


 

When you hear the term “burpee” most people think of the punishment a football player would receive for being late to practice!

However, burpees are an excellent way to work multiple muscle groups at once to get the most out of your workout time. The more muscles you can work in an exercise, the more calories you will burn!

So what is a burpee?

Start standing straight up.

Squat down and plant your hands on the floor in front of you.

Then kick your feet out into the push-up position.

Bring both feet back under you in the squatting position.

Then jump up as high as you can!

 

During your next workout, do ten burpees at the end. And then continue to add more every week at the end of each workout.
